How Booking Works
Simple steps to reserve your date and create a setup that fits your celebration.
1. Send Your Details
Send your event date, location, event type, guest count, package of interest and colour/theme.
2. Consultation
We review your vision, confirm availability and recommend the best package for your event.
3. Quote & Deposit
You receive a quote. Your date is reserved once deposit/payment details are confirmed.
4. Setup Day
We arrive to set up your décor and styling so your celebration is ready on time.
What Can Be Included
Each package is customized, but our event styling can include the following depending on your selection.
Backdrop Styling
Arch, round, square or mixed panel backdrop designs.
Artificial floral arrangements, floral accents and luxury decorative touches.
Event Details
Plinths, cake area styling, welcome area styling, aisle accents and full hall décor by request.
Booking Notes
Prices are starting prices. Final quote depends on event location, setup size, customization, delivery distance, venue access and additional styling requests.
Delivery & Setup
Delivery, setup and pickup may be available depending on your location and package.
Custom Requests
Names, themes, colours, florals, signage and premium add-ons can be quoted separately.
Full Hall Events
Weddings, receptions and large events are quoted after consultation because every venue is different.

Based in Ontario. Service outside the local area may be available with travel/delivery fees.
